If there are issues that cannot be settled through any of the family dispute resolution options, your divorce will go to a trial where a judge will decide the outstanding issues.
Once the trial is over, the judge’s decision will be put into the two court orders you get when your divorce is finalized: Divorce Order and Corollary Relief Order. These court orders are explained later in this Guide.
