ISO Forms and Form Guides are to be used in Nova Scotia for applications made under the NS ISO Act (NS ISO) or interjurisdictional applications made under section 18.1 of the Divorce Act (Divorce Act ISO). The most recent versions came into effect on March 1, 2021.
Note: The ISO Forms and Guides can also be used for interjurisdictional applications made in a reciprocating jurisdiction under sections 19 and 19.1 of the Divorce Act.
