NS Courts have introduced preventative measures to help minimize the spread of COVID-19, while keeping the Courts open and continuing to hear urgent or essential matters. These measures follow the advice of public health officials regarding social distancing, avoiding public gatherings, traveling and self-isolating. For more information, visit: https://courts.ns.ca
 
Until further notice, unless a judge directs otherwise, the Supreme Court, including the Family Division, will no longer accept paper filing of documents. Counsel and self-represented parties are to email or fax documents that are needed in relation to urgent and essential matters.
